Your personal details will not be disclosed to any third party.

All groups must arrive on time, not earlier than 15 minutes and not later than the beginning time of the booking. Persons arriving after this time may not be allowed to enter.

A booking becomes a no-show and entry will be declined if the team is late 15 minutes or more.

This game is a live event so reservations are final and no refunds. Reservations are final and there will be no refunds for cancellations or no-shows.

The Terms and Conditions are governed by Missouri law, with sole jurisdiction for any matter related to the Terms and Conditions lying in Christian County MO.

You agree to abide by all room rules.

You agree to adopt proper standards of behavior and cooperate with the employees at all times.

You agree that if you must leave the Room prior to finishing the experience you may be excluded from reentering the room at the employees’ discretion without refund.

You agree not to disclose details of the story line or video presentations.

You agree that participation will not require the destruction or misuse of objects in the Room.

You agree to be liable for all damages caused by your actions. Players who fail to follow the rules or use rough behavior may be charged up to $100 in costs associated with repair or replacement of damaged items.

It is your responsibility to check that game times and all information that you provided are accurate.

If fewer players attend than what is booked the difference in price is non refundable.

If more players attend than what is booked the difference in price can be paid before the game starts.

You agree that you can be contacted from time to time by email, phone, or social media with offers and promotions.

Players under the influence of unprescribed drugs or alcohol may be refused entrance without a refund.

Players who play under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol may be removed at any time from the game room without refund.

Food and drinks may not be brought into the game.

Children ages 9- 14 must be accompanied at least by 1 adult per game, children under the age of 9 are not permitted to enter the Game Rooms. Management discretion is final.

You participate in the game at your own risk. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supercell Development, Inc. and its employees for any (personal or property) damages caused by participation in the game to you.

You understand that the room may contain startling or tense elements. You indemnify and hold harmless Supercell Development, Inc. and its employees for emotional distress or trauma resulting from participation in the game.

You may have photos or video taken of you (and if signing as guardian, your minor) before, during, and after entering the Room. You understand that any photos or video taken may be posted online and expressly waive the use of your (and if applicable your minor’s) name, voice, likeness, and image for advertising, promotional, or any other use, including but not limited to use online and on social media. You waive any action by you (and if signing as guardian, any action by your minor) for any use of any photo or video taken, including use that You view as embarrassing or harmful to your personal or business reputation.

If you do not agree with these terms do not book a party or use this website.
